Bookings:

All patients must be over 18 years.

Consultations:

All new patients must have a face-to-face consultation with their chosen practitioner.

Deposits:

We ask for a £50 deposit at the point of booking your treatment.

Cancelling and Rescheduling:

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment you may do so with at least 72 hours notice, otherwise your deposit will not be refunded.
If you do not show up on the day of your appointment and fail to give us any notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Complaints:

If you have a treatment concern, complaint or refund request please submit this in writing via email to info@medhaclinic.co.uk.

Once the complaint is received Mèdha Aesthetics clinic will review and respond to the complaint within 14 days. Response to complaints will be sent in writing to the customer via email.

In order to resolve the complaint the customer may be offered a follow-up medical call, a follow up face-to-face appointment and/or a follow-up treatment.

We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for any services and reserve the right to turn down a complaint if deemed fraudulent.
